WHAT ARE YOUR CANDLES & WAX MELTS MADE FROM?

We use natural soy wax in both our candle and wax melt products, and our candle wicks are made from cotton and paper filaments.

 

ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN FRIENDLY AND CRUELTY FREE?

Yes! The oils we purchase for use in our candles, wax melts, room diffusers and carper fresheners are vegan friendly and cruelty free.  

 

WHERE DO YOU POST TO?

We currently post UK wide and can also post to Guernsey. Please select the appropriate postal region from the drop down box at checkout.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE POSTED?

Our turnaround time for orders is up to 5 business days from the day you place the order (excluding weekends and public/bank holidays) however, this may be longer during busy seasonal periods.

Once your order has been posted, you will be notified and provided with a tracking number to track your order using Royal Mail tracking services. 

If you have a designated safe place that you would like us to add to the postage instructions for Royal Mail, please provide this to us in the "Order Special Notes" section of your shopping cart.

*PLEASE NOTE* Wholesale and custom orders are subject to a longer turnaround time.  This will be discussed with you during the pre order consultation.

 

HOW IS MY ORDER POSTED TO ME?

Orders are posted using either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 (you select which option you would prefer at checkout). 

Please note that once the items have left Tartan Rabbit & Co HQ we are no longer in control of when they will arrive therefore we ask that customers please use the tracking number provided to them and visit www.royalmail.com/track-your-item to track their order.

Tartan Rabbit & Co are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

 

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Tartan Rabbit & Co HQ is based on the West coast of Scotland, in the county of North Ayrshire. 

If you have placed an order and chosen to collect it rather than have it posted out to you, the collection address will be provided to you at checkout/on your order confirmation email.

 

ARE YOU INSURED AND HAVE ALL THE LEGALLY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS?

Yes! Tartan Rabbit & Co are insured and fully CLP compliant.  

CLP labels are a legally required document that all businesses who make/sell home fragrances, soaps, perfumes etc are required, by law, to display on their products/product packaging.

The CLP label displays the fragrance name, the name and address of the company (in this case, Tartan Rabbit & Co), the chemical ingredients of the product, any potential hazards and any precautionary statements.

 

I WOULD LIKE TO PLACE A WHOLESALE OR CUSTOM ORDER, HOW CAN I DO THIS?

If you would like to enquire about a wholesale or custom order, please email tartanrabbitandco@outlook.com with as much information as possible ie date required, the product required, quantity you would like to order and fragrance(s) you would like.  Upon receipt of these details, we will check our availability and then get back to you as soon as possible to discuss in more detail your wholesale or custom order.

* PLEASE NOTE * that your wholesale or custom order is NOT confirmed simply by emailing over the above requested information.   We will discuss with you our availability, costs etc and, once all details are agreed by both parties, we will require payment in full before proceeding. Only upon receipt of payment, will your order be confirmed.
